The ”Back to St Marys” reunion will be held on Sunday 14th September 2008. The venue for the annual reunion has changed, it will no longer be held in Victoria Park. From 2008 it will be held in the grounds of St Marys Historical Society’s new premises on Mamre Rd (next to the Memorial Hall). Everyone’s Welcome. Paul Mills will have his collection of over 600 school photos on display. |

| Excerpt from membership application on the ex-students website Did you miss the St. Marys High reunion held September 9, 2006? 400 past and present students attended. So successful was the night that we have decided to hold another one to commemorate the official opening of the school on September 11, 1958 by the Deputy Premier of the day Mr. Bill Heffron. We will be assembling at St. Marys Band Club on Saturday the 13th of September 2008. The function room we have booked holds 500+ people. A lot of people said after the reunion that they had not heard about it. If everyone who attends tells just one person the club will be packed. To ensure the ‘reunion spirit’ has a life of it’s own and does not become one person’s focus and account, constitution etc. we ask that you supply some personal details on the attached form. |
